ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M2 recently gets the Android Pie upgrade during the first quarter of 2019. Now the brand brings the OTA update to the device with the latest Google June month security patch update. After that, brings the Google Digital wellbeing update into Zenfone Max Pro M2. (Unboxing)


Digital wellbeing update

Digital wellbeing feature has been rolled out in the Android Pie operating system. The feature is first updated in Google Pixel mobiles after that, many brands supported with Digital welbeing feature.

This feature, will help you how you spend time on your phone, how often you unlock your phone & how long you use each application. The digital wellbeing dashboard shows the total time you spent on screen, each app usage timing, total unlocks in the phone. 

Similarly, this feature shows you the phone usage data for upto 7 days. In addition, it has screen time management by using this feature you can set the daily screen time to get control from using phones. Also, it has App limits option that means after the desired time the application won’t work. The app will start work after next day. However, it supports all third party application.

Now, this feature is enabled through new OTA update for Zenfone Max Pro M2 mobile. Here after using Max Pro M2 phone users can control using the app, screen time of the phone. In addition, the Zenfone Max Pro M2 updated with Google security patch for the month of june.

Zenfone Max Pro M2 Specs

The Zenfone Max Pro M2 comes with 6.26 FHD+ IPS display with smaller Notch design and having 19:9 aspect ratio with 2280*1080 screen resolution. It has made of polycarbonate plastic and designed in 3D glass-like texture at the rear.

In terms of camera, it has 12-megapixel Sony IMX486 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, and 1.25um pixel size. The primary camera accompanied with a 5-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, it has a 13-megapixel camera, f/2.0 aperture, and 1.12um pixel size.

It has powered by Snapdragon 660 Octo core processor having kyro 260 CPU cores. It runs on the top with Stock Android based on Android 9 Pie.

On storage, it offers 3GB + 32GB, 4GB + 64GB & 6GB + 64GB RAM & ROM respectively. In addition, it supports 256GB external memory with the help of dedicated SD card slot.

Finally, the device price the base variant 3GB +32GB for Rs. 9,999 and the 4GB + 64GB for Rs. 11,999 and the 6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage go for Rs. 13,999. The Zenfone Max Pro M2 is sold through Flipkart.
