The Moto G 5G having the codename “Kiev”. Now the Moto device codenamed “Kiev” has appeared, and it is said to be Moto G 5G. This is one of the first smartphones to pack a Snapdragon 750G, with both Xiaomi and Samsung being the only two OEMs to have confirmed launches.

The Motorola Moto G 5G includes a 6.66-inch 2400×1080 display, the device is said to feature a 60Hz refresh rate. It’s not confirmed the device has an AMOLED or LCD panel yet, and a camera cut-out is present in the middle of the status bar. It is reported that Moto G 5G will be equipped with the new Snapdragon 750G chipset, which can provide 5G support at a relatively low price, including mmWave and AI noise suppression. The processor was first released in Xiaomi 10T Lite. It will likely have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, along with a 5,000 mAh battery too.
As for the camera setup, the Moto G 5G reportedly features 3 cameras on the back and 1 singular selfie camera. On the back, the Moto G 5G has a main Samsung GM1 48MP Quad-Bayer snapper, a Samsung S5K4H7 8MP telephoto, and an OmniVision OV02B10 2MP macro camera. On the front – an OmniVision OV16A1Q 16MP sensor powers a punch-hole camera and produces pixel-binned 4MP selfies.

Apparently, the vanilla Moto G 5G will have a dedicated Google Assistant button, just like its Plus sibling. Though, the source claims that the said button will not be present on a Verizon US variant of the headset. NFC is also mentioned on the specs list.
