Samsung bringing the new addition to M series smartphone in to the earlier launch of Galaxy M10, M20 (Review) & M30 smartphones. The brand announced new launch of Galaxy M40 on 11th June. The Galaxy M40 has almost looks same like the recent launch of Galaxy A60 in China.

Triple rear with 32MP main camera & 16MP Selfie

The Galaxy M40 expected to sports with 6.3-inch FHD+ Infinity O display, 2340*1080-pixel resolution. Having circle cut out on display called Punch hole design for selfie camera housing. Which looks like earlier launch of Honor View 20.  

The selfie camera supposed to 16MP and on rear has triple camera setup as like Galaxy M30. The triple camera module suggested to be 32MP primary camera accompanied with 8MP second camera. Finally, third camera has 5MP for depth sensing. As like previous M series smartphones Galaxy M40 also, have same Ultra wide-angle sensor & depth focusing sensor.

Galaxy M40 powered by Snapdragan 675 processor

As per information from Wi-Fi certification the Galaxy M40 powered by Snapdragon 675 Octo core processor. Combined with maximum of 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internals. Also, the storage can be increased further up to 512GB via SD card. The device would run on One UI based on Android Pie. For security, Galaxy M40 has rear mounted finger print scanning and face recognition as device privacy.

The device has power packed with 3500mAH battery could be comes in type-C port with fast charging support. Also, reportedly known that it ditch the 3.5mm audio jack in Galaxy M40. Also, the Galaxy M40 have not installed earpiece since, it has sound technology in display itself.

The device expected to be price under 25K. Comparing to Galaxy M30 it has incremental feature in Processor and increase in Pixels on camera and circular punch design. 

The galaxy M30 retail price Rs. 17,990 for 6GB + 128GB storage so, the M40 expected to be under 25K price range. Let’s wait and see on 11th June. Also, the Galaxy M40 partnered with Amazon Exclusive for sale.
