Samsung Galaxy S20 series launching on 12th February in India. The Galaxy S20 series launch in three models Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus & Galaxy S20 Ultra. The Galaxy S20 series will be equipped based on LPDDR5 RAM technology. It comes with a minimum storage of 8GB RAM and a maximum of 16GB in Galaxy S20 Ultra.
The LPDDR5 version RAM features with a faster performance of about +40% and a low power consumption of -20%. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra available in 8GB, 12GB & 16GB RAM variants, combined with 128GB, 256GB & 512GB internal memory. Also, in addition, Galaxy S20 Ultra supports dedicated SD card slot, which, supports upto 1TB of expandable memory.
